Sound and UltraSleek FrontEnd
There's a button to disable sound on this frontend but it doesn't seem to be working and I was looking to crank up some inspiring jams while I played. Any help around (I took my own advice and I did do a search ;) already.) Or do I need to use another frontend for Dink? But then why is that button there if it doesn't work?

Much appreciation

I don't know about that frontend specifically, but the command line switch dink.exe supports, only turns off sound effects, not music. Sounds like if anything you want the reverse. ALT+M is supposed to turn of MIDI music ingame, but it doesn't seem to work well, it keeps coming back on. There's also a script command, turn_midi_off(); that you could assign to a key if you wanted. But your best bet is probably just muting MIDI with the Windows "Play Control" (that speaker icon on the taskbar).

Thanks much. I'll give that a go.

Re: Sound and UltraSleek FrontEnd
cant you just turn the speaker off? alt-m turns off a midi that is currently playing, it does not disable midi within the game, therefore if dink walks to a new screen with a midi attached to it, or if a script calls a new midi, then it will promptly be played, and i just used a whole lot of commas.

But if I turned it off then I couldn't play mp3s on the computer:)

Lucky you. Mine suck. :( The one damn button I have doesn't want to go in all the way half the time to turn them on and off and they're not in a convenient spot (so I just leave them on mostly, what the hell.)
