I am in Tware, think that is how it is spelled, but I still do not have the earth sword. Where is it?

First, you need a spare Normal Sword, which can be purchased on Medlid or Tware. Since you're in Tware, it'd probably be handier to buy it there :) You can buy it from the same guy who sells you the bow, if you've found him.
Then, you need to visit the same person who gave you the Air Sword. In case you don't remember him, he's in the log cabin on Northern Rai.
