WHAT DOES THIS ISLAND IN THE WATER, WHERE THERE IS A SCROLL  SAYING ed THE SCV UNLOCKED DO?

btw...i am in drognu and havent found any secrets yet,, have i misssed something...just a hint in ther right dir would be great...thanx

You found a secret.  It is a small game that will be available to you after you beat fiat...
