Okay, the guy upstairs in the hotel just says "Hello" to me.

Apparently he's supposed to tell you how to get some gold...but all he ever says is "Hello".

I did what he was supposed to tell me to do, and I got the 200 gold though.

Is this a bug?

I'm using patch D.

Ah, nevermind, I guess you just need to get the fence built first.
