Yes, you have to finish the game FIAT to get to the gladiator game. But it is not assured. It depends on whether you found the Gladiator secret or not. I was lucky enough to find this particular secret, but I am also left wondering what cool secrets I did not find. It makes me want to go back to see what I might have missed.

Given the spacing on the Cheat Menu - which you get when you finish the game I'd say there's a lot of add-ons!!! Would've been best if these appeared based on defeating each elemental knight. And I hate the having to defeat those guys a second time.
