Wee Bit of FIAT Help Needed, Please

Okay, I have been walking around, but can't find this cave under a rock that the hermit that can build the fence lives in. Where is he at? Also, where do I get thekey to put in that building with the golden brick that is the key hole? TIA

Well I dont want to spoil it for ya but look for a lone rock on top of a hill. there is a place on the east side of it hidden behind a tree to walk up the hill.

I know this can be fusterateing took me all day to find that damn rock lol and to get up there to it. Also after ya get him to build a fence up town you will learn where to get the key to that place heh but! finding money to buy a sword I have no clue I am stuck on that part and will probably take me the rest of the day to figgure out grr... Could some one help me with that part? I need to get money to buy a sword.. I know about the guy that makes gold outa the stuff you get from the rocks but he only gives you up to 300 and something gold. and I need 450 for a sword =( can some one help me out as well?
