how do i get the token of good will for the guy in the dark woods? and how do i get rid of all the slayers so that the shopkeeper's business will pick back up? they keep coming back after i kill them.

thanks for the hint, i got that fine. but when i gave the guy the sign, he said that he taught me iceball magic, but nothing new showed up in my magic list. what's up with that?

If I recall correctly, you have to press 'm'. Then you will get a choice of either ice or fireball magic. You can choose with the arrow keys.

yeah, i cannot find the cure for the king. i found this water in the haunted forest where i thought i was supposed to put the dead knight's sword, but i haven't figured out what the water is for.

If I remember right, don't you have to give it to that farmer guy from the first town? (I forget his name).

great movie, shrek :-) i gave the water to the guy fine, and his subsequent disappearance was ok too. however, don't the goblins lie over the bridge with the rock monsters? the guards won't let me past....
