i seem to be unable to get my sword instilled with the void, and it wount let me get the ultimate weapon. . .

Do you have a regular sword to instill? (you can't instill an already elementalized weapon into another weapon).  If this is so, and you have enough money, please let me know.  It might be a bug...

yea i have a regular sword and well over 1000 gold

I just checked, and it is indeed a bug.  Will be fixed in Patch C (coming out later today).
