Hi, all, I posted a message yesterday asking if anyone could tell me how I'm supposed to take out 20 water spikes. Is there a secret; because I spend around 10 min. just killing 1! If that's the going rate, Then I've spent more time on this 1 quest than the entire game!!!!! If ANYONE HAS A CLUE, please email me, or post. Get an earth sword!! It takes a LITTLE patience, maybe 1min:30 per spike if you get the technique down, and you'll maybe lose 10 health, less if you scare 'em away periodically with an earthball. Not that bad. There might be a trick, but earthbow certainly didn't help me much.

You you can use only earthball if you want ot be really safe. It'll take a bit longer, but it's almost foolproof.

Yes, if you hit it with earthball 15 times, then one or two swings of your earthsword should finish it off (if you want to get the experience). I have 4 magic and it doesn't take too long for the mana to recharge.
