well i got all the skeletons (even after that tedious dance thing!!!) and i went to the other stairways, and it placed the skeletons on it, and i sitll cant get through. . . .

Happened to me too. I went a few screens over, came back and viola, I got through. Good luck...

Sounds like a BUG.

Maybe he didn't use forcevision()...?
