Stuck again (fiat)

Ok, I'm in the old broken down house in the basement and I just lit a fire with the sticks. When I try to go up the stairs dink disappears and if I click the arrows or space or anything, he just goes back to the first room. Is this a bug?

Nope, it was an attempt to show you the 'second story' of the house.  Didn't turn out to well...



There is a way out of the basement that doesn't have anything to do with the stairs.
