where does the gadget dink is talking?

where is it located and how can i defeat the ninja robot?

You need to find the duck and make whoopie with it (if you killed it already, you may need to start again or go back to a saved level):p

(which will probably be easier if you are a duck yourself, so look for a magic fountain.)
