Download situation

Is it just me or is the download situation improving? I can (almost) download everytime WITHOUT a download resumer, just with my 56k modem!

I certainly hope i'm not the only one...

For the Texas server, right? I can't think of any reason why it would do this, as they still have a limit of 50 concurrent connections... maybe less people are trying :)
