LOT- Stuck

How do I help the people in Mutant Isle, where can I find the piece to fit the machine?? Also, how do I get pass the fairy in Fairy Bridge?

I have tried to download the walk-thru, but when I try to unzip it, there is alway an error message appearing. Anyone can help?? :(
