If you are looking for anything in the same level of SOB, I think you need to wait for redink1's FIAT. Rumor says it will come out soon...
If you just want a dmod with some good stuffs in it, I would say:
If you want a small/medium dmod, I would suggest Friends Beyond Part 1: v1.5. (It's a much improved game from the original FB1)
If you want something big, you can try Secret of Parizaya. It's almost as large as POA and SOB. I found it to be an OK, but some people seem very fond of it.
