doesnt help, he doesnt say how to find it, only that it's hard to find. i searched the entire map twice and still no luck.

It's in the realm of Albert Magnus. Past the green volcanoe blocker - collect all four green artefacts to get rid of volcanoe.
Left of the save machine you can walk across the void into the land of the genies. Answer all the riddles and you get given Multiblast magic.
