Adding new dink bmp

Hi. I was wondering how do I make new Dink bmp? I want him in red and what him red in ALL the animations. How do I open .ff and exract bmp so I can change them all? Thanks!

You don't have to extract them. Download the Dink Graphics pack at the Dink Network.
