Yes it does. However, semen does not transmit that particular STD if I remember correctly (I am possibly wrong), and can only be spread by contact of skin or the genitals or the kitty discharge that it sometimes creates. You also must take in account the gestational period of the STD. It wouldn't appear over night, it's too quick.
