For those who aren't aware, Apple made the utterly hilarious decision to deprecate 32-bit executables in Catalina meaning that 90% of slightly older programs no longer work without a recompile from the developers.

RTSoft might notice this post and recompile it for 64-bit systems but Seth's very busy and it might take a while, assuming it's feasible.

If you "upgraded" to Catalina you can always reformat and go back to Mojave, but otherwise you're out of luck if that's what your device came preinstalled with.

In the meantime, it's easy enough to run the web versions in your browser to get basically the same user experience. This problem is rife across the gaming world though, and just about every Steam game has a disclaimer about how it won't work.

(bit of a late reply but...) Ah, that sucks. Yeah, I'd probably recommend the web versions. I haven't updated my mac tools for a LONG time so it wouldn't be easy for me to fix. Even if I compile a 64bit version, I think Apple has a new security/signing/certificate thing that probably doesn't work with my old way so it will still be showing other scary warnings.

More recently I attempted to download ProtonSDK and compile RTSimpleApp in a newer version of Xcode on Mojave and it was an absolute nightmare to reconfigure the build target to be just for 64-bit macOS so I gave up very shortly into the process.

Also of note for Mac users who stumble upon this thread is that there's a formula for Freedink in Homebrew which seems to work okay.
