I haven't watched any stuff recently, but I remember your lie in summer being good for feels.
i know youll think its the normiest shit ever but i actually liked naruto. theres too many episodes tho so I gave up after like 160 episodes
naruto isn't really a "feels" anime though. It's a shounen action.
its got some pretty dramatic moments. Theres some characters that you build a connection with and 50-100 episodes later they have a really dramatic death. And the soundtrack is pretty good too. Really helps get those tears out.
I mean, I dont cry at games or movies, but i almost did a few times with naruto.

my little pony: friendship is magic
try that movie a silent voice released like two years ago. its supposed to make you feel stuff
I've seen most of Naruto, and yeah it definitely can hit you in the feels at times.
I'll give the other suggestions a check too! Thanks!
As for yours Tal that's obviously a given.

Homestuck is my favorite anime. (Which given the last update is very anime in style, isn't completely wrong.)
Overlord isn't feels, but it's a good one. Log Horizon has some pretty good feels. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time has major feels for an anime movie (And it's about time travel, what's not to love?)

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is a good shonen anime with "feels" moments, although most of those moments are characters breaking down because something's gone horribly wrong.
I can't think of any other "feels" anime off the top of my head, but then again, I'm more of a shonen fan, so...

If you want the feels, try Elfen Lied. It has a lot of gore and some nudity but I can guarantee you'll be crying.
It's a movie rather than a show, but Grave of the Fireflies is absolutely intense if you're looking for something sad (VERY sad) but amazing.
As for a show with a lot of feels, I recommend Samurai Champloo. It's a funny name, but give it a chance, it's one of the best anime out there, and it's made by Shinichiro Watanabe, who also made Cowboy Bebop and Space Dandy, which are also amazing but for different reasons.

how are you enjoying the pony show, zeddexx?
Escaflowne is pretty good.
EDIT: I also found this.
EDIT 2: Disregard everything above this line, watch Area 88.

zeddexx, pray tell, did you receive any emotional phenomena from our recommendations in the animated medium known as anime?
Well, I hate lep for recommending me exactly what I asked for and making me watch your lie in april.
So yes. I did.

If you watch Legend of Galactic Heroes (OVA version from the 90s, not the lame modern remake) all the way through and don't cry at least twice, you are not human.
Edit: Since no one mentioned it, Monster, by Naoki Urasawa, is quite a must watch too. It's quite long too, but the story is worth it.
