Yeh some of these may end quite abruptly, simply because the actual length of the part was over 30 minute, so I needed to split it up to make it more manageable for editing and uploading. Next part will be up soon!
did you really cut the parts in totally weird places
Any part would have been weird to cut at since one conversation leads into another, I just tried to pick the least weird times to cut, so it still makes sense if someone starts from the next video. However, if someone is watching the play through, they would likely be watching it from the start so it won't affect much, and I'll have these out every 2 - 3 days anyway.

Part 7 is up. We had some major technical difficulties in this part, but with the power of editing, you can hardly tell Although the enemies respawning straight away on the second screen of death cave sort of gives away that we had to stop and start so much because of Audio issues.

Watched part 10 already, and your talk about how creating D-Mods is basically a collaborative effort and how people can borrow scripts and stuff, from other D-Mods, just made me think about how lucky we are these days that nobody packs their scripts into .d files anymore. That was a nightmare back in the day. Can't believe some people were doing it up 'till 2006 or so.

About NPCs facing you when you talk to them, I know there's a few other D-Mods that do this as well. Can't remember which ones exactly all of them are, but I know SoB does this (I assume PQ does, too, can't remember). I know there's some newer D-Mods that do it as well. In the small bit of HH3 that is actually built, I had the NPCs do it as well.

This was definitely one of the more interesting DSPT LPs to watch. I'd definitely watch if you two ever decided to make a similar LP of FIAT. I'm sure there'd be tons of interesting trivia for Redink to share about that D-Mod. I personally prefer it over Initiation, too, even if it's probably a bit more buggy. I think someone on DSPT did start an LP of FIAT once, but it ended up getting scrapped after only like one part.

Meh, I don't remember ever running into any troubles or frustrations with how the D-Mod was designed. Only thing I remember being kinda off was that it got slightly repetitive after like 3/4ths through. But even then I remember enjoying what it was going for and how clearly each area was separated from one another, with a very established objective. I played it through twice back in the day, and I don't think I even ran into any major bugs at any point during either playthrough.

All good! I enjoyed making them. I'll be taking a break over December to do some dmodding and real life stuff. Then I'll be looking to make some more Let's Plays in January.
