Dink Chat
The official Dink Network chatroom is located on the channel #dinksmallwood on the Freenode network (irc.freenode.net).
You can download an IRC client to enter the chat (such as Smuxi or XChat), or use a web client:

Dink Discord
There's also a Discord channel for Dink, which seems to be more popular than the IRC channel lately. Damn kids! To quote Yeoldetoast: "For those who aren't familiar with Discord, it's basically a very bloated implementation of IRC with voice included which you may use either through the web browser or through downloading the client program."
