Does anyone know...
-What's the pixel-size (height, length)of the animation used for sprites/Dink?
-What the colourdepth (pix/inch) of them?
-Is it possible to make new ones in .gif? and then convert them to .bmp?
Thanks!

You can check all of these in a basic graphics program, even with paint. However, you may want to download the Dink palette so you can easily apply it to any graphics you make. Or you can save the palette yourself by using a program such as Paint Shop Pro. You can of course make gif files out of them but you'll have to make sure you use either white or black ass the transparent color. Then convert them to regular bmps with the palette.
You're supposed to be able to change the palette, but then you'd have to redo every single graphic that's present already. There, I hope this helps.
