Creepiest/Scariest boss in video games.
I think the Chris Wade in Headhunter: Redemption is the creepiest boss in all games. first of all, the boss is a little kid who is being kept 'alive' by a life support system, then when comes time for the boss fight, he chases you around in a giant robot suit that shoots grenades at you and heals the kid instantly as you shoot him. the bad thing is that he yells out "Daddy?!?" every five/ten seconds. the worst is that you play as the kids dad, who is still greiving the loss of the kid who had supposedly died years ago. now, who can come up with a worse boss?
Yeah. Definitely Seth.
i'm talking about creepy, not goofy. it doesn't take that much to kill him, all you need is a light sword. the boss i'm talking about is the next to last boss. and the game itself is harder then you can imagine. (it took me a month just to get past the first level!)
true, true. but i'm talking about, 'gives you nightmares' creepy.
Creepiest boss in a video game would be Leatherface in TCM: HOB. God when he suddenly creeps from behind.
Gigyas from Earthbound
(Shame that no one didn't mentioned about this boss. It's dang creepy!)

i've always wanted to play Earthbound, too bad i don't have the proper game system...
Well you could just use SNES emulator to play it
Try googling 'SNES emulator' and 'Earthbound ROM'
SNES console itself may have been discontinued like many others, but there's an emulator software for lots of different consoles if you can get some of them working.
ePSXe, a Playstation emu for example, requires a bunch of driver files for example to play actual Playstation CD's or iso image files.
SNES doesn't have any requirements that I can remember, but then again it's been ages since I installed it.
SNES9x Emulator's actually how I got to play a ton of the older games that became some of my all-time favorites, like Final Fantasy V and Breath of Fire 2 (you may know my nickname takes from Exdeath FFV, and Deathevn BoF2). Thanks go to my cousin for sending me the SNES emu +games.
Anyway, If Deathevn got a complete 3d remake, he'd look like a horror from beyond nightmares.

Meh... I thought he was pretty lame for a last boss myself, especially if compared to Barubary (sp?) or the final boss in BOF1.
yeah, I'm kinda in agreement when you're talking about how hard he was to beat. But for whatever reason, about 6 years ago he became one of my favorite bosses. I think it was more the St Eva concept, since I played BoF2 before BoF1.
Thinking about it now though, Barubary would look even more creepy when you fight him in Infinity, so I'll change my vote lol. Besides, he offers you a chance for a 1v1 fight, though when you beat him that way and he says to take the treasure I haven't figured out wtf he means lol.

There's a secret corridor somewhere near where you fight him... As far as I remember, though, the treasure wasn't really worth crap. Would have to be pretty cool to make up for being found 5 minutes before the game ends.
It's not really about how difficult the fight was, he just felt like a lamer rehash of the last boss in BOF1 to me. If you played the second game first, though, I can see why your preference would go that way.
PS. I'll take this opportunity to shout my appreciation for Ex-Death in FFV. He was treely awesome.

Somehow I knew someone would say that...
