The Dink Network

Well, this d-mod has some good points, but these are ertainly outweighed by the bad ones.

The way the d-mod starts I particularly dislike; in the middle of a forest, with not intro at all. If you didn't know what the d-mod was called, you wouldn't have a clue what you were supposed to be doing! Not the best way to kick off...

The mapping isn't great, but neither is it particularly poor. That are some nice flashes, but what grates the msot is how it is set out, with most of each screen seemingly wasted, as Dink makes his way across tight path after tight path.

The music? Nice, on the whole. Standard midi's, but they work well, especially that of the bosses. But the bosses themselves? Well, the first one was pretty easy, to be honest, and the second was far too hard! I don't know whethet it was due to missing potions or what, but I could barely hurt him. Not good. Not fun.

And that's about it really... it's a very short d-mod, that shows promise in a few areas... but that's about it.
