This file includes two elixer[elixir] scripts, two speed boots scripts, and eight weapon scripts. That's a total of 13 items.
The elixir scripts heal for 10 or 20 respectively.
The herb boot scripts set dink's speed to 2 and 1 respectively. Also known as fast and really fast.
The weapon scripts aren't anything new.
It seems like all of the scripts were pulled from the original game. Super herb boots is like the only new script, but I'm not sure you can really consider it new when it's the same script as normal herb boots with a different variable.
This is basically a compilation of many of the weapons you find in the original game. Which you can find yourself with a bit of digging through the source zip in the develop folder. There's not really anything special about this file. It's possible someone may find use of this file but I'm afraid that person is not me.
