This is a nice idea in theory, but it falls down on the grounds that it adds nothing at all to the game. If you really want your enemies to talk, than you can program it in yourself without much hassle. So I don't think that this is worth the download, unless you cannot use dinkc at all and really want you're enemies to make you cry.
